GM Meeting

I'm in Toronto for the NHL General Managers Meeting and McConnell calls. Well, he had one of his people call. They tell me to ease up on the expenses and move out of the suite and into a room with a rate of less than $500 per night. Do you believe this? I'm a Visionary and I don't do good work in a room that cheap. What I am supposed to do, turn down my own bed?

I told Mr. Mac himself (he loves to be called that) that I would not have my shoes shined every morning and that would save some money. And he kind of paused, so then I said that I would dial my own phone calls and dismiss the room service people from being on stand-by outside my room in the hall.
